I note the "warning" on the phone message: "You should note that this will cover everyone in your household that uses that number." Uh, yeah, I thought that was kind of the idea ...
So recently I heard that they were having a contest to determine the World's Biggest Loser. I went to the web site but I couldn't figure out the online form, so I had to print it out. But my printer was out of ink so I had to go buy a new cartridge first.
It took a couple of days before I could get the cartridge installed and then get the computer to print the entry form out but after several tries I got it to work. I filled the form out and sent it in, but I forgot and used the old postage rates, so the Post Office sent it back to me, postage due.
So, I fixed that, and sent it back again. But it got sent back to me again, by the people running the contest, saying that I hadn't filled the form out right, and to do it again.
So I printed it again, and filled it out again, and figured out the postage again, and finally sent it back to them. But they returned it one more time.
They said the contest was already over, so my entry was too late, because they had already picked somebody else.
That's how I'm doing right now.
