Groklaw has come out with an exhaustive analysis of exactly where and how much code, and with the knowledge of whom, that SCO/Caldera contributed directly to Linux, without going through IBM; and further, references exact code that they shipped that they got back from IBM.
Powerful stuff. The court hearing scheduled for December 5th (if it happens at all) should have some very amusing moments.
